WASTED MAJOR ist eine sechsköpfige Country-Rock-Band aus Knoxville, Tennessee, die sowohl Eigenkompositionen wie auch beliebte Coverversionen aus den letzten 70 Jahren der Popmusikgeschichte äußerst publikumswirksam präsentiert.

Mit gleich drei verschiedenen Leadsängern ist gesangliche und musikalische Vielfalt garantiert und genau das zeichnet ihre Konzerte aus. Doch bei aller Vielfalt wurzelt ihre Musik in der Tradition der Folk- und Countrymusik des US-amerikanischen Südens und das wird von ihnen sehr dynamisch wie mitreißend präsentiert. Im letzten Sommer ging die Band zusammen mit dem legendären Nashville-Soundproduzenten Keith Thompson ins Studio, um ihr Debütalbum aufzunehmen, welches sie hoffentlich bei ihrer diesjährigen Europa-Tournee auch vorstellen werden.

Wasted Major is a Tennessee based 6 member country rock band focused on diverse, original songwriting. Appealing to a wide variety of tastes, this band brings a modern but rooted, rocking vibe that never fails to entertain.

 

The Knoxville based band was formed by manager William Lalance in the spring of 2021. With an over capacity crowd of more than 500 at show number 1, Wasted Major burst onto the scene. Debuting 3 originals and a slew of polished covers this band started hot and is currently building momentum.
Unveiling new originals and playing crowd favorited covers all around the southeast this band is soon to be in your city. This summer the band got the pleasure of recording with legendary Nashville sound producer Cowboy Keith Thompson, and is excited to get back in the studio to release its first album.
While constantly working on original material they mix in an ever expanding list of hits spanning the last 50 years of popular music to keep the crowds engaged and singing along.
